A Rawlicious SALAD

This recipe is simple…

Simply Shred or Process:
6 Brussell sprouts
2 medium beets
1 large carrot

THROW IT IN A BOWL!
Add to it:
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 TBSP black sesame seeds

DRESSING IN A JAR:
1/4 cup organic olive oil
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 TBSP raw (locally sourced) honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp organic sesame oil
pinch of ground pepper
pinch of Himalayan pink salt

MIX IT UP AND ENJOY!
