I put together this easy to follow program as a holistic approach to working towards good health and wellness. It focuses on eating healthy nutritious meals, exercising more and creating strong and positive lifestyle habits. Don’t worry if it seems like a lot, we will work together to achieve success over 4 weeks!
Week 1 – Let’s clean it up – we’re going to focus on eating good whole food (you will have 40 awesome recipes to choose from).
Week 2 – Let’s get moving – let’s talk about adding more or improving your exercise regime (we’ll discuss how to exercise more).
Week 3 – Let’s become more mindful – I call this lifestyle management (we’re going to work on stress, sleep etc).
Week 4 – Let’s lower your toxic load – let’s reduce your toxic exposure in the home (I will give you some insight into how to reduce your toxic surroundings).
This Spring Immune Boosting Program will run for 30 days, starting April 19th! We will work together over these 4 weeks to eat better, exercise more, talk about stress and mindfulness and reduce your toxic load at home.
Spring is the season that supports the liver energy in traditional Chinese medicine and strong liver energy helps us move better, see better and feel better. But lets not forget the importance of good digestion! This program is not meant to fix or directly address specific health issues; instead we will clean up your diet, cleanse your body naturally and strengthen you physically and mentally so that you can feel strong and full of vitality.
How does the program work?

On April 19th you will receive a collection of 40 whole food recipes that specifically supports your liver, digestion and overall immunity. There will be recipes provided for all meals as well as snacks and drinks that you will enjoy.
Also included in your program is a personal virtual weekly check in with me (via Skype, Facetime or phone) to talk about any concerns or questions you may have along with way. You will also get a PDF that tells you more about what to expect during the program, a blank calendar (if you’d like to map out your meals throughout the week) and a blank worksheet needed for your 4 challenges!
- Each week begins with a Sunday email or Skype call (this is a booked time with me) to discuss the upcoming challenges within the program (there are 4) as well as the challenges you might face at home. Lets use the time to create a simple plan for you to be successful moving forwards.
- You will receive an email mid way through each week that will give you valuable tips and information to support you during the program.
