Pilates Training

As a professional dancer, I used Pilates to strengthen and balance my body as well as rehab from injuries sustained along the way. Now as I enter my 50th year, I use Pilates to keep me flexible, mobile, agile and strong. I believe that we must keep moving at every age and that age IS a state of mind! You don't have to be a dancer or athlete to do just need to start your training now! You'll feel great, move with ease and improve your vitality. Commit to building a stronger body, mind and spirit. At Pilates with Cindy we practice classical Pilates training in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. You can come and train on the equipment or have personalized home workout programs created so that you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
