As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I don’t count calories or tell you how much carbs you should be eating a day. Instead I offer a holistic approach to nutrition that includes advice about the benefits of eating a whole food diet, the importance of living a clean and positive lifestyle and the long term benefits of exercising the body regularly.
I am a foodie, an athlete and an educator and have studied western and eastern philosophies and nutrition for over 10 years. My strength as a practitioner is my ability to listen to my clients concerns and work with them to address and improve their health. Each program I create is personalized, because we are all unique in our health needs!
