This Healthy Plant Based Meal plan was created to help reset the body and get it back to balance. As an addition, Cindy has included some fitness and lifestyle recommendations that will help support us physically and mentally.

The goal of this plan is to get us back to eating great whole food meals! This plan includes step by step directions for each recipe, serving portions, a shopping list and room for leftovers.  The 7 Day Reset Meal Plan contains solely plant based recipes, but you could easily add some good quality animal protein into your meals after the 7 days are done.

All you have to do is commit to giving it a go, purchase and download the easy to follow recipes!
