I created this 4 week Spring Immune Boosting program to help support our body, mind and spirit holistically during the Spring season. Research has shown that we can have an influence on our overall health and wellness. Improving our meals, eating habits and managing stress can support our whole body’s health, including our digestive system and immunity…which is very important at this time of year.
Spring is a season of transition, full of new growth, budding energy and change. It prepares us for the coming of warm weather. Spring supports the liver energy in traditional Chinese medicine and strong liver energy helps us move better, see better and feel better, free of pain.
