This almost 30 minute video starts to work on putting your Pilates vocabulary into a class form. You’ll learn more complicated and challenging Pilates mat exercises that will help support your posture and strengthen your core. We will continue to expand your vocabulary, work on cues and techniques of each exercise. All you need is a comfortable place to exercise, a band and a mat.
