In this 30 minute intermediate Pilates mat class we’ll continue our work to strengthen your body and core and stretch out your body. We will continue to focus on the cues and techniques of each Pilates exercise, adding some fun variations that continue to build your vocabulary. All you need is a comfortable place to exercise, a mat and a band. Never work when feeling pain and always talk to your doctor if you aren’t sure these exercises are appropriate for you!
